We would consider this to be average coarseness.. between the tips and butts, think tapered Farah Blend (without the flash). Our unique in house dyeing process maintains the softness without making it feel like over cooked straw like some Yak that is more prone to tangles than when dyed this way. For use in situations you might use Bucktail, Nayat or even Farah Blend or EP fibre. A naturally tapered product.
